Process Overview
Inquiry: Fill out the form below, and we'll discuss your goals.
Quote and Timeline: I'll confirm the scope of the project, pricing, and illustrator agreement.
Sketch: I send concepts and sketches for revision or approval.
Finalize: Once the design is approved, you'll receive a high-resolution file.
The estimated turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, and includes 2 revisions if you are receiving more than a sketch.
I take 5-6 slots at a time. They are first come first served.

Request a Slot
Filling out the form starts the process to making your ideas a reality! You will receive an email from OVA (contact.oliviaova@gmail.com) with confirmation and a starter pack. Submitting this form does not imply your idea is accepted and being worked on. Sketching will not begin until your proposed design is accepted by OVA and partial payment is received for your slot. All other terms are stated in the Illustrator's Commission Policy that will be sent in the starter pack.
