Service Description
Filling out the form below starts the process to making your character! You will receive an email from OVA (contact.oliviaova@gmail.com) with confirmation and a starter pack. Submitting this form does not imply your idea is accepted and being worked on. Sketching will not begin until your proposed design is accepted by OVA and partial payment is received for your slot. All other terms are stated in the Illustrator's Commission Policy. If there are any other questions, please feel free to reach out prior to requesting a slot. Availability is limited, and will be first come first served. I look forward to working with you!
General Commission Information
Company Responsibilities The Company agrees to create a character illustration, along with any supplemental materials (visual assets, etc.) as requested by the Buyer for the appropriately purchased commission slot (“Work”). Buyer Responsibilities Buyer agrees to provide Company with text and visuals needed for the Work to be completed on time and to Buyer’s satisfaction Payment Buyer confirms a partial payment of the total cost of Work is required to begin illustrating. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance after satisfaction of Work and Completion clause below is fulfilled. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance within 14 days of the completion. Buyer will receive receipts for commission slot purchase and final payment electronically. Purchase of a commission slot and the Work’s remaining balance are final. Completion Upon the completion of the Work to the Buyer’s satisfaction, the Company agrees to transfer all files requested for the Work to the Buyer without the Company’s watermark. An invoice for final payment will be sent to the Buyer with requested files. Cancelation At any point prior to the Buyer’s deadline, the Buyer may end the project, at which the Work will be considered completed and no further work will be done. All work done up until that point will be transferred, per the Completion clause above. Rights and Licensing The Company hereby grants the Buyer an exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute the Work in accordance with the terms of this Policy. The scope of this license includes, but is not limited to print, digital, merchandise, etc. The Buyer may not sub- license or assign any other rights acquired under this Policy except as specified in this clause. The Company retains the right to display all work created by the Company for this Work including preliminary materials and final art, in the Company’s portfolio, including in print and online. The Company has the right to refuse the proposal of the Work. The complete Illustrator's Commission Policy will be in the starter pack.
